Our return policy is for store credit only.
Items are eligible for return if:
Purchases are FINAL SALE. Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service at returns@email@example.com. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail.
